Your capacity to work out a sensible balance between family and work-life necessities is about to be tested like no other test in life.

The last two years of trying to maintain social distancing and properly approach the Coronavirus pandemic has ultimately led businesses all over the world to adjust to remote work positions.

Without much notice or readiness, much of society is suddenly having to learn new ways to connect, operate, and lead in the cyber world. Parents that are working have the extra burden with daycare having temporary stoppage and school systems enforcing virtual and remote learning. Now you have two worlds blending with one another–home life and work life that were never meant to blend so heavily.

Even if you are an expert veteran at working from home, doing it close at hand with a partner (in my case alone) or with kids around is absolutely going to peak a few challenges anew.
